DENZEE APPAREL began its journey in 2015 as a small garment manufacturer with no established presence in the industry. HOW WE WORK

SAMPLING

Sampling is a vital step in the pre production workflow. Each sample is carefully developed with accurate information, including style codes, fabric composition, color standards, and all accessory details such as embroidery, buttons, and zippers to ensure precision before bulk production

The Garments

A garment is simply a piece of clothing. Coming from the French word for ‘equipment,’ the term ‘garment’ is used broadly when the exact type of clothing isn’t important. For example, a dress is a dress, and pants are pants

MAKING THE PRODUCTION

Garment production is an organized activity consisting of sequential processes such as laying, marking, cutting, stitching, checking, finishing, pressing and packaging. This is a process of converting raw materials into finished products

QUALITY CHECK

  1. Measure garment dimensions.
  2. Check closures, buttons, zippers, and accessories.
  3. Inspect stitching, seams, and overall construction.
  4. Test fabric quality, colorfastness, and compliance.
  5. Verify labeling, packaging, and presentation.
  6. Conduct final visual inspection.
  7. Record defects and assess severity.
